As a Yorkshire lass raised in Middlesborough, Angela Vick graduated in English from the University of Leeds and went on to complete a PGCE in English and Drama.

After moving to Somerset in the 1970s she continued to work creatively while enjoying a full teaching career and producing six children. She is a seasoned campaigner of the Edinburgh Fringe, co-writing Hanging’s Too Good for Them with Jeremy Towler.

Angela appeared as Audrey in Blue Remembered Hills and is a founder member of the celebrated Widcombe Players. A wide variety of parts have demonstrated her versatility including Miss Marple, Mrs Crotchett in a slightly altered version of Dickens Christmas Carol, a peasant on Argos and a Greek chorus. Now in her fifties Angela is in a position to pursue her aspirations turning her talents to Women on the Make as a writer and performer.
